Perimenopause (or PM, as I lovingly call it) is simply another season… a transition… a sacred shift into your Wise Woman era, where your intuition sharpens, your voice strengthens, and your petals unfurl in a whole new way.
Yet even the most resilient wildflower feels the wind change.
And PM can feel like a lot—physically, emotionally, energetically.
You’re not imagining it.

What Is Perimenopause?
Perimenopause is the natural transitional phase leading up to menopause—the period where your hormones begin to ebb and flow like the tide.
This shift can start as early as your late 30s or early 40s (sometimes sooner), and it can last anywhere from a couple of years to a decade.
Think of it like a garden moving from spring into late summer: everything is still alive, vibrant, growing—but the energy is shifting, deepening, and preparing for something new.
During PM, your estrogen and progesterone dance in unpredictable rhythms, and your body is simply responding to those changes.
